Los Angeles prosecutors have announced that they will not retry Harvey Weinstein on sexual assault charges which left a jury deadlocked.
Weinstein, 70, was accused of sexual assault in relation to a massage therapist in 2010, and rape by Jennifer Siebel Newsom, wife of California Gov. Gavin Newsom, in 2005.
