This is the moment Piers Corbyn accidentally reverses into a van during an anti-ULEZ protest in central London.

The conspiracy theorist, 76, was filmed taking part in a demonstration against Sadiq Khan's expansion of the Ultra Low Emission Zone - where £12.50 is charged for driving polluting vehicles - which is due to cover all London boroughs from August.

Driving an N-plate Vauxhall Cavalier with a megaphone attached to the roof, Corbyn - brother of former Labour leader Jeremy - tells onlookers not to pay the charge and to 'drive at will'.

Ironically, as he tries to follow a delivery van into the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, he ends up blocking 'keep clear' markings on the road, causing long tailbacks for traffic behind, including buses.

Fellow campaigners with cardboard placards featuring messages such as 'The End Of Free Movement' and 'London: Pioneering Prison Cities'.
