Is it Dr. Jill or the 'Big Guy?' GOP set to reveal fourth Biden to receive ... trends now

Speculation is building that the First Lady could have indirectly received money from Hunter Biden's controversial Chinese business dealings.

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer revealed yesterday bank records he obtained via subpoena showing money from Hunter's Chinese oil giant business partners was wired to the First Son, Joe Biden's brother Jim Biden, Joe's daughter-in-law Hallie Biden, and a fourth individual referred to only by their last name: Biden.

Comer says he is currently working on obtaining further bank documents to unmask the fourth family member who received $70,000 according to the senior lawmaker.  

Among the potential recipients is First Lady Dr. Jill Biden – one of the few individuals close to Hunter who shares his last name.

DailyMail.com has previously revealed apparent discrepancies of up to millions of dollars between Joe and Jill's IRS filings and his government transparency reports that raise questions over their income sources.

Another potential recipient of the 'Biden' wire transfer is Jim's wife Sara Biden, who was involved in the Chinese deal and received cash via her and Jim's company Lion Hall GP, as well as access $100,000 preloaded on a credit card that the family spent on flights, hotels and restaurants.

Other family members include Ashley Biden, Hunter's sister; Caroline Biden, Jim's daughter and Hunter's cousin; Frank Biden, Joe's other brother; and Naomi Biden, Hunter's oldest daughter.

The most sensational potential recipient of all is President Biden himself – referred to as the 'Big Guy' by Hunter's business partners who discussed in an email giving him a 10% cut of the Chinese deal that would be held by Hunter as a proxy.

While Joe Biden was still serving as Vice President, Hunter began working with Chinese Communist Party-linked oil giant CEFC on a multi-million-dollar energy deal.

After Joe left office in 2017, CEFC and affiliated companies poured over $10million into a joint venture with the Biden family.

One partner in the deal, Biden family friend John 'Rob' Walker, a former Clinton administration official, received $3million from State Energy HK Limited on March 1 2017, sent to his firm Robinson Walker LLC.

Comer obtained bank records under subpoena showing Robinson Walker LLC then sent $1,065,000 to another partner in the deal, British ex-SAS officer James Gilliar, who infamously laid out the plan to allot 10% of the equity in their deal to 'the Big Guy' in a 2017 email. Other partners have revealed 'the Big Guy' referred to Joe Biden.

Another $610,692 went to companies that Comer's office believes belong to Hunter, and $360,000 to Jim Biden.

A further $35,000 went to Hallie Biden, the widow of Joe's late first son Beau and then-lover of Hunter - $10,000 in February 2017 before the March Chinese deposit, and $25,000 after. 

And $70,000 went to a bank account labeled only as 'Biden'.

On Friday Comer sent a letter to Walker asking him to sit for 'a transcribed interview with Committee staff' as part of their investigation into 'President Biden's involvement in his family's business practices'.

The speed with which Comer was able to obtain the Robinson Walker LLC bank transaction documents suggests that Walker may already be cooperating with the Oversight Committee.

The White House, Treasury, and Hunter himself have previously refused and fought demands for information, documents and interviews from Comer's committee, delaying the process.

In any official interview, Comer's staff are likely to grill Walker on the identity of the fourth Biden family member who received the Chinese cash.

DailyMail.com was unable to find any documents on Hunter's abandoned laptop showing Jill Biden received Chinese funds, or that Hunter and Jill discussed his CEFC deal.

And there are no documents showing the other family members – apart from Sara Biden – directly received Chinese money either.

But in April last year we published an analysis of the president's financial records showing an apparent $5.2million in unexplained income.

The president's financial filings reveal that he declared almost $7million more income on his tax returns than he did on his government transparency reports.

Some of that difference can be accounted for with salaries earned by the First Lady and other sums not required on his reports – but still left $5.2million earned by Joe's company and not listed on his transparency reports.
