A $1.5 million dollar home, $200,000 in cash, Harley Davidson motorcycle and jetski are among the list of luxury items one of Australia's most wanted crime bosses and his wife have been ordered to hand over.

As Australian authorities work to have Masood Zakaria - a senior member of the notorious Alameddine crime network - extradited from Turkey, local law officials are looking to clamp down on his allegedly ill-gotten gains.

Zakaria, 27, was captured by Turkish Special Forces in raids in the port city of Bodrum in January after allegedly fleeing Sydney in late 2021 when an arrest warrant was issued for his alleged involvement in an attempted gangland murder.

Now, Daily Mail Australia can exclusively reveal the NSW Crime Commission has launched action against his wife Azzah Zakaria - who also goes by Ezzat Alameddine - as it moves to freeze the couple's assets.

Documents obtained by Daily Mail Australia reveal the court is seeking to recover funds from their $1.5million Greystanes home, a 2014 black Harley Davidson motorbike and money in two ANZ bank accounts - all registered in Ms Zakaria's name.

As for her husband, the court is interested in his 2018 3.35m-longwhite and blue Yamaha PWC boat, 2020 Ford Ranger double cab, silver boat trailer, and $201,600, which was seized during a police raid at his father's Westmead home on 8 December 2021.

Ms Zakaria and her husband have been ordered to disclose the nature and location of all property in which they have an interest under oath in a Supreme Court hearing on 19 June.

The alleged gangster will also be quizzed over the 100 shares he holds in his company, Zak Services, the fund's held in the business's NAB Bank account, as well as its 50 per cent share in Alpha Omega Pty Ltd.

Harley Davidson motorcyles manufactured in 2014 retail for up to $26,000, 2020 Ford Ranger double cabs range from $22,900 to $75,400 and 2018 Yamaha jetskis can fetch for up to $25,000.

Under the court orders, the couple will be asked to provide details such as the source of the funds used to buy the interest, the date of purchase and its location.
