In his latest bizarre message, Giuliani appears at a New Hampshire baseball ground only for him to recite the words to the popular much-loved nursery rhyme 'I'm a Little Teapot.'
It's not clear exactly who the message is aimed at, but the entire 2:30 long video suggests that it was for a child - and one who seemed knew very little about baseball at that.
