The clothing stylist ex-girlfriend of a New York City 'fraudster' who was dangling from the 31st floor of a luxury Manhattan condo after FBI tried to arrest him said she has no sympathy for him and 'hopes he pays [for] what he did.'

Natasha Quiros, owner of Style D Natasha, was dating Ian Mitchell, 35, around 2015 and 2016, before he was caught scamming three victims out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. 

When speaking with DailyMail.com exclusively, Quiros said that she hasn't spoken to Mitchell since he was caught and that she and her family were also allegedly  scammed out of $70,000.

When questioned about her current relationship with the 35-year-old who was pictured dangling from a shattered window frame at CitySpire on West 56th Street Wednesday morning, Quiros said: 'I don't want anything to do with him.'

When questioned about her current relationship with Mitchell, who was pictured dangling from a shattered window frame at CitySpire on West 56th Street Wednesday morning, Quiros said: 'I don't want anything to do with him.'

She added: 'He lied [about] his identity and stole money from me and my family. I really don't have much to say I hope he pays [for] what he did.'

Any relationship Mitchell and Quiros shared has been wiped from her social media pages with a gap appearing between posts from 2016 to 2019. 

The stylist appears to have moved on with her life and is the proud mother-of-one and said she had been completely unaware of Mitchell's 'fraudulent' lifestyle until he was caught.

Stomach-churning images surfaced on Wednesday showing the alleged conman leaning out the a window without shoes after the FBI tried to arrest him.

An exclusive image obtained by DailyMail.com shows Mitchell in a black t-shirt and jeans, shortly before he covered his head with what's believed to be a pillow case.

Mitchell, previously charged with a bar swindle, had disappeared from the window by 1pm ET, after nearly four hours beside it. 

A huge inflatable was set  up at the foot of the 75-story tower by police in a bid to help break his fall should he jump. 

FBI agents, the New York Police Department and New York Fire Department are all at the scene and It's unclear what the suspect is being sought for.

But the New York Post reported that the man believed to be Mitchell was arrested in 2015 for allegedly scamming three victims out of hundreds of thousands of dollars for multiple scams.

Mitchell is said to have named himself 'Ian Matalon' in a bid to claim he was related to wealthy Jamaican businessman Joseph Matalon. 

He got a US Air Force veteran to hand over the bulk of his $15,000 savings after claiming he needed $33,000 to obtain a liquor license for a NYC bar that didn't exist, it's claimed.
