Two teenage girls have been photographed on the roof of a building in a busy city street 'smoking a bong' and heckling passers-by.
The pair were pictured sitting on top of the Chemist Warehouse in Chatswood Mall, in Sydney's north, about 4pm on Thursday afternoon while shocked pedestrians watched on.
The teens sat with their legs dangling off the edge of the multi-story chemist unafraid of people seeing them.
According to one onlooker, the girls lobbed objects at pedestrians down below to gain their attention.
