Newly single Reese Witherspoon has created an impressive property portfolio over the years from snapping up an $18million Nashville mega-mansion just months before announcing her divorce, to selling properties in some of California's most exclusives neighborhood.
Witherspoon, 47, has proven to be just as good of a house-flipper as she is an actress as she has snapped up and sold plenty of stunning property across her hometown of Nashville and California.
Just like her character in Legally Blonde, the petite mother-of-three has an eye for luxury, recently buying up four new properties - three in Nashville and one in Brentwood, California - for a reported $28million, just months before announcing her split from Jim Toth, who she's divorcing after 12 years. Her busy schedule is said to have caused a rift between the couple.
Radar Online estimates her property portfolio to be around $46million, but some accounts estimate it could be nearly double that.
The actress is the richest actress in Hollywood, with an estimated net worth of $400million.

Her new $18million dig sits on four acres of land inside a gated community. The property spans 15,000 feet and contains two buildings, a spoon, and a full-sized tennis court.
She purchased the stunning property in an off-market deal, according to Love Property.
