A 'sovereign citizen' who was pulled over by police has been given a serve after he refused to comply with a random breath test.
After demanding to see the officer's badge number, he was bluntly told: 'This isn't America, mate'.
The Victorian man was driving in NSW when he was stopped for an RBT by police. Footage of the incident, as filmed by a passenger in the car, was uploaded to a 'cooker watch' social media page on Monday.
The vision shows a single police officer apporach the driver's side of the vehicle.
The driver appears calm at first and asks: 'what is the emergency today officer and how can I help?'
'Just stopping you for a random breath test,' the police officer responds.
