A motorcyclist has cartwheeled through the air narrowly missing a power pole after a white sedan making a right-hand turn smashed into his bike on a busy road.
Footage of the shocking collision was released by a court this week, showing the male rider cruising down Torrens Road at Woodville North in Adelaide back in 2020.
The video of the car hitting him as it was turning into a street was captured from two angles by dashcam and a Mobil petrol station's CCTV.
Vision taken from the driver's point of view showed the approaching motorcyclist wearing a white t-shirt and black pants slamming into the car and being propelled into the air.
He flipped into a cartwheel before breaking the fall with his shoulder and coming to a skidding halt across the bitumen.
