Britain's first intersex-inclusive train has been launched onto the UK's railway network.
The multi-coloured Class 444 train will run on the South West main line between London Waterloo and Weymouth and had its first journey yesterday.
Only staff from the LGBTQIA+ community crewed the train on its first run. On future journeys, straight, cisgender staff will be allowed to staff the train alongside their LGBTQIA+ colleagues.
South Western Rail (SWR) said: 'We think our new livery looks fantastic and we've had some amazing feedback from colleagues and customers.
'We are really proud to stand with all the communities we serve. Everyone is welcome on SWR.'

Valentino Vecchietti, who created the flag design and founded Intersex Equality Rights UK, told MailOnline: 'I'm delighted that the LGBTIA+ staff network at South Western Railway chose to use the intersex-inclusive Pride flag on their Pride train this year!'
Intersex people are those with differences in sex traits or reproductive anatomy.
The flag on the train was designed by Valentino Vecchietti, who added the purple circle to represent intersex people.
The white, pink and blue stripes represent the trans community,
