California Senator Dianne Feinstein's Aspen, Colorado vacation home has sold for $25.25 million eight months after it was listed for $29.9 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The 36-acre property has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a private caretakers quarter, pool, hot tub, and pond.
The home, known as Bear Paw Ranch, was listed in July after Feinstein's husband of 42 years, Richard Blum, died in February 2022.
Feinstein's property in Colorado is the second sprawling home her family has sold in recent years after she listed her Lake Tahoe estate for $41 million in 2021.
The sale of the Aspen property comes mere weeks after Feinstein, who has been in office since 1992, announced she will not seek re-election in 2024. She will be 91.

According to a Coldwell Banker listing, the property was built by Blum in 1998.

Located just minutes away from downtown Aspen in Star Mesa, the home includes an 8,847 square-foot main house and a 2,136 square-foot guesthouse.
The property's backyard includes a private pond, pool, and hot tub and is surrounded by mountain peaks and landscaping.
The home's pond also comes with a waterfall.
Backyard views span several valleys and mountain ranges in the Aspen area.
