Alec Baldwin was seen out in NYC as it was revealed he will resume filming the infamous movie Rust in Montana on Thursday.

The actor, 65, was seen toting coffees and snacks close to his Manhattan home Tuesday, as he prepares to jet out west to conclude the now-notorious western.

Production stopped abruptly in October 2021 when during a rehearsal a prop gun held by Baldwin fired a live round that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the movie's New Mexico set.

Despite ongoing legal battles, on Tuesday a spokesperson for Rust Movie Productions told CNN filming will continue at Yellowstone Film Ranch in Montana.

It comes just a day after a judge sealed from public view the terms of a civil settlement between Baldwin and Hutchins' widower, Mathew, and their son.

Baldwin faces separate criminal charges of involuntary manslaughter over Hutchins' death, and denies those allegations.

It was also said filming would not be completed on the original set at Bonanza Creek Ranch in New Mexico, where Baldwin now faces involuntary manslaughter charges.

Director Joel Souza, who was injured by the same bullet that killed Hutchins, will also return to finish the project, CNN reported.

District Court Judge Bryan Biedscheid agreed on Monday to seal the terms of a proposed settlement agreement that benefits Hutchins' ten-year-old son.

'What is driving my decision is really the interests of the minor child. And that is one of the very most powerful reasons to seal a matter,' Biedscheid said in a videoconference hearing for a New Mexico court.

Hutchins' widower and Baldwin came to another agreement in October. Part of that stipulated that Mathew Hutchins will serve as executive producer on the film.

After settling the lawsuit last year, he claimed he desired no further 'recriminations'. But in January, Hutchins' family said that they support Alec Baldwin being charged with manslaughter.

Last Thursday he filed a motion
