A leading civil service chief will today warn ministers to stop treating officials like ‘lazy, woke, inefficient, Remainer, activist, snowflakes’.

Dave Penman, general-secretary of the FDA Union of senior civil servants, will accuse ministers of treating civil servants ‘like second-class public sector workers’ and warn: ‘Enough is enough.’
