No one has been charged with murder a year after a 25-year-old man died after one being punched just once.
Jack Jermy-Doyle was assaulted at the junction of Harris Street and Birley Street in Preston, Lancashire at about 2.40am on August 12 last year.
He was rushed to hospital where he sadly died two days later which resulted in Lancashire Police launching a murder investigation.
Following the incident, two men - aged 21 and 28 from Preston - were arrested on suspicion of Section 18 wounding but were released on police bail while enquiries continued.
The force has said the men were re-arrested on August 24 on suspicion of murder, assault and Public Order Act offences but were since released on bail pending further enquiries.
