White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Friday accused Florida of sabotaging President Joe Biden's plan to 'parole' migrants crossing the Southern border.
'The way we see that it's sabotage. It's pure and simple. That's how that reads to us,' Jean-Pierre said at her daily press briefing.
She wouldn't say if she specifically meant U.S. District Judge T. Kent Wetherell, who made the ruling, or Florida's Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis, whose administration brought the lawsuit.
DeSantis is expected to announce his bid for the Republican presidential nomination in the coming months and has slammed Biden for his handling of the situation at the border.
