Three teens allegedly called the taxi to a location on Rose Street with the intention of robbing the driver, prosecutors said. Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office said that the teens attempted to steal from Addo, before one of them shot him in the head while he was driving. Two of the suspects, aged 14 and 13, were charged with first-degree murder, felony murder, conspiracy to commit murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a firearm by a minor.
