Scottish teacher in his 60s is 'attacked by pupil, 13, in school corridor' - as ... trends now

This is the horrifying moment a teacher was attacked by a 13-year-old boy and left lying on the floor of a school corridor.

The footage, taken last week at Taylor High School, Motherwell, Scotland, shows a teacher in his 60s lying on the floor of a school corridor after he was attacked by the pupil.

In the video, the teacher can be seen surrounded by concerned colleagues as pupils watch on. 

The boy was arrested and charged in connection with the incident and a report has been submitted to the youth justice authorities, according to Police Scotland.

It comes after three female staff at Johnstone High School, Renfrewshire, Scotland, were allegedly assaulted by a 16-year-old pupil and taken to hospital in May 13 this year.
