Donald Trump showed concern for President Joe Biden and even made a joke about himself when he learned he had fallen again while on stage at the Air Force Academy.

'He actually fell down?' Well I hope he wasn’t hurt,' the former president said when told about the 80-year-old's tumble on the campaign Iowa.

Biden being helped back up after his trip will spark more concerns about his age and health during his second run for president.

'The whole thing is crazy. You’ve got to be careful about that. Even if you have to tiptoe down a ramp,' Trump added.

Trump was referencing the moment he left the stage at the West Point military academy three years ago, and appeared to gingerly shuffle down the ramp.
