Sources told the New York Post that she initially stopped by the Bortolami art gallery on Walker Street in Tribeca before the tragedy occurred. Usually, visitors are unable to access the top floors of the building, which are for residents only, but she was able to get to the fourth floor before throwing herself out of the window. She reportedly plunged to her death into the back garden, with the source adding that she was behaving 'erratic'.
