Indignation was widespread and the public is demanding answers after a Panama City beachgoer shared a startling video of a group of men riding a 6-foot shark after pulling it from the water as onlookers cheered on.
The video, posted by Tammy Scott on a Facebook group called 'I Love Panama City Beach' on Sunday, shows a group of seven men working together to pull the shark in and hold it down before one man started riding the big shark like a cowboy.
