A Long Island woman who was charged with the death of an NYPD Highway Officer has been found guilty by court on all accounts.

Anastasios Tsakos, 43, had been directing traffic away from a fatal crash in April 2021 when Jessica Beauvais - drunk and high - plowed into him, throwing his body nearly 200 feet down the highway.

Tsakos's left leg was severed from the knee down, and he died at a nearby hospital. Beauvais fled the scene and was later arrested after police chased her for three miles.

She was convicted of all 13 charges, which included manslaughter in the second degree, aggravated manslaughter in the second degree, vehicular manslaughter in the second degree and leaving the scene of an incident without reporting/death.

The court will sentence her in December. She could be imprisoned for over 15 years.

Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz said after the conviction: 'The defendant had absolutely no business being behind the wheel.

'Her selfish decision-making and recklessness led to a horrific, senseless tragedy that left Detective Tsakos' widow to raise their two young children without their father.

'We are grateful for the jury's verdict and hope it brings at least some measure of solace to the detective's loved ones.'

Patrick Hendry, president of the Police Benevolent Association, also said outside of court: 'We’re relieved to finally see some justice. We’re not going to celebrate today.

'The facts were clear as ever in this case. She decided to get behind that wheel after drinking alcohol, doing drugs. … She’s going to prison for a long time. Not long enough.'

On the night of the crash, Beauvais had earlier filmed herself in a Facebook livestream where she addressed the trial of white ex-cop Derek Chauvin for the murder of George Floyd, which happened in May 2020.

During the livestream, she slammed police officers and the justice system and played N.W.A song 'F**k Tha Police'.

Throughout the video, Beauvais is seen vaping and drinking an unknown dark liquid from a plastic cup. At one point, she washes down the contents of a red shot glass with a bottle of Snapple.

Beauvais also claimed that if she ever had a fatal encounter with police, she would make sure she wasn't the only victim.

'Like (hip hop group) NWA say about the police - if you're going to kill me, at least I get to take someone with me,' she told listeners.

'I'm one of those people. If I'm going to go, someone is coming.'

Beauvais then got behind the wheel of her Volkswagen and slammed
