Terrifying video shows the moment a worker's platform swings out of control and into the side of a skyscraper in Dubai, smashing its windows and sending giant shards of glass falling onto the streets hundreds of feet below.
Workers left dangling hundreds of feet in the air grip onto the sides of their small cage as it is sent flying when stormy weather suddenly hits, footage shows.
