Dior has launched a brand new, floral scent especially for babies - which the designer parfumier says is as 'simple as they are'.
Parents with a bit of cash to spare can choose from two scented alcohol-free waters, which have been named 'Bonne Étoile' or 'Lucky Star' and each come in at £230.
The scents were created by Dior's perfume director Francis Kurkdjian, who says they carry notes of pear, wild rose and white musk.
'Inspired by the childlike spirit of couturier-perfumer Christian Dior, Bonne Étoile is a scented water with notes that poetically evoke the magic of childhood,' the company promises.
Mumsnet has weighed in, with the boss of the parents' forum saying it 'can't see baby perfume catching on'.
