A tiny garage in Sydney barely big enough for a double bed, small fridge and couch is being rented out for $250 a week.
Two photos of the garage in Dulwich Hill, located in the city's inner-west, were shared online on Friday alongside a brief description of the rental.
'Looking for person to rent out the garage for $250 per week. Four weeks bond plus bills. Available to move in as soon as possible,' the post read.
'Must have employment and be able to direct debit rent weekly or fortnightly.
'This leafy quiet location is situated off the main road near to bus/tram, bank, chemist, shops and post office.'
