White Fox Boutique founders buy fourth mansion in Vaucluse - as power couple ... trends now
The founders of White Fox Boutique have extended their mammoth property spending spree with a fourth house in one Sydney's most exclusive suburbs.
Georgia, 32, and Daniel Contos, 33, have spent more than $120million buying up houses in Vaucluse in the ritzy east of the harbour city.
The latest big splash the rag trade rich listers have made is dropping around $25million on a five-bedroom house with uninterrupted harbour views.
And it just happens to be next door to their $34.5million home and a $38million house they bought earlier this year.
This has all led to feverish speculation that the Contos' intend to knock down all three houses to build a mega-mansion on the now almost 3,500sq metre site.

The latest addition to their burgeoning property empire was an off-market listing from Laing+Simmons in Double Bay.
Though they tried to keep it all hush hush, a caveat on the property was lodged on the home earlier this week, showing the sale to a Contos business, the Sun Herald reported.
Their first house in Vaucluse cost them $34.5million in late 2021 and the second, just down the road, cost $25million earlier this year.
The Contos' were also the mystery buyers who spent $36million on the house next door to the one they started with two years ago.
The $25million home is reportedly going to be a stop gap while they get the renovations done in combining the other three properties.
An application to knock down part of the first house and rebuild it at a cost of $3.7million was approved by Woollahra Council in August.
That massive task of turning three properties into on mega-mansion will take some time, so in the meantime the couple is reportedly living in a house that was built in the 1920s.
Despite being a hundred years old, it is supposedly in great nick with a recent renovation making it fit to walk into and set up home immediately.
Being able to splash out $120million on property in two years, and to have enough left over to spend millions more in renovations, shows just how far the glamour couple has come.
They made it to the Australian Financial Review's annual rich list this year, with a combined estimated worth of $100 million - they were listed as 62 and 63 on the chart.
They started selling clothes on eBay in 2013 when they were in their early 20s, offering the latest fashion trends at affordable prices.
Despite having no background in the industry, the venture proved to be a huge success and was the beginning of the brand that has been worn by the likes of the Kardashian sisters, Sofia Richie, Hailey Baldwin and Emily Ratajkowski.
'I was working a full time job so I had no idea that it was going to be as big as it is now or be recognised by a lot of people I meet,' Georgia Contos previously told Daily Mail Australia.
