Transgender medical student is slammed for complaining about being ... trends now
A trans medical student is being slammed for complaining about being 'slow' and 'out of shape' after winning the women's race at a New York state half marathon.
Kae Luci Ravichandran called her one hour and 24 minute finish at The Upstate Classic near Albany 'embarrassingly slow'.
The Larner College student scooped first place, pipping runner up Amanda Aussems to the top spot by six minutes.
But despite the victory, Ravichandran was disparaging about her own performance on Sunday.
'Embarrassingly slow, gave up after mile 5 because my tendon was acting up. Very out of shape. I'll take the [win] tho[ugh],' she said.
