A man charged with killing a sex worker at a Soho hotel and stabbing someone else in Arizona has now been accused of choking another woman in Florida last year.

Leah Palian, 26, says alleged killer Raad Almansoori, 26, held her captive in her Orlando, Florida home before choking and sexually assaulting her last April.

'I hate that I have to do this. I hate that I have to kill you,' Almansoori reportedly told Palian during the terrifying ordeal, as reported by The New York Post.

Alamsoori was arrested after Palian managed to escape by running into a rest stop's bathroom and calling 911. But, despite her warnings that he was extremely dangerous, Alamsoori was freed on $2,500 bail - months before he went on to kill single mom from Queens Denisse Oleas-Arancibia, 38, per police.

Palian wrote on Facebook: 'Despite my chilling warning to the Florida state attorney that his actions were indicative of a potential serial killer, they callously released him, dropping all but one charge (car theft).

'Even more terrifying is the fact that he contacted me off an unknown number just two weeks prior to this, despite a no contact order in our ongoing case.

'The chilling fact remains: the blood of an innocent mother stains their hands. Florida's justice system has not only failed me but has turned a blind eye to the impending danger he posed to countless other women.'

Palian met Amansoori at their job at an Orlando restaurant before she started giving him rides home from work. The alleged assault happened after she asked him to sleep on her couch one night to avoid the long drive.

The next day Palian woke up to Almansoori 'bear hugging' her in her bed before he declared that he was in love with her. He then grabbed her phone and saw a text where Palian described his behavior the night before as strange.

Alamansoori then allegedly locked the front door and closed the windows before launching his assault.

'He got on top of me and starts strangling me with a dead look in his eyes... He knew where to grab — he immediately cut off my oxygen,' Palian told the Daily News. 'He said, "Scream and I’ll kill you."'

Amansoori then instructed Palian into the bedroom to perform oral sex on him.

'It was like he was so thrilled and so aroused he had just strangled someone almost to the point of death,' she recalled. 'I kept thinking I’m going to die here in my apartment.'
