Michael Barrymore had his phone stolen by 'some kid on a bike' when he returned to London to film nostalgia clips of where he was brought up, as he tells the thief: 'your parents don't love you'.

The entertainer, who has a huge following on TikTok, was minding his own business when a youngster cycled past and whipped his smartphone out of his hand.

He called the Met Police and said they were 'extremely helpful' dealing with the incident on the morning of February 13.

Barrymore, who is best known for hosting Strike It Lucky, My Kind Of People and Kids Say The Funniest Things, said on his TikTok that he had been filming a segment on Bermondsey, where he grew up, for Secret London, when the theft happened.

The piece involved him visiting places from his childhood and teenage years in both south and north London.
