Two teenagers were reportedly caught driving 71km over the speed limit on the same night, just before another driver flipped their car on the same road.
Police found a white Volvo on its roof in the middle of the road on Hodges Drive in Perth after the 23-year-old driver lost control and crashed at 11:40pm on Friday.
A 27-year-old passenger was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital by paramedics while the driver walked away uninjured.
Officers said the 23-year-old lost control of the car shortly before hitting a speed sign.
