Squad member and Missouri Congresswoman Cori Bush blasted former President Donald Trump calling him 'white supremacist in chief' during a hearing into President Biden's mishandling of classified documents and slammed her Republican colleagues on the hill.

Bush's blistering remarks came as Special Counsel Robert Hur appeared before the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday to testify about his Biden investigation which was detailed in a report released last month.

'Republicans have used the special counsel's report to further their longstanding efforts to reelect, reelect the former white supremacist in chief Donald Trump,' Bush said.

She went on that Trump 'faces 40 criminal charges related to the mishandling of classified documents including obstruction of justice.'

Trump is being investigated by Special Counsel Jack Smith who brought charges against the former president last year after classified documents were found at Mar-a-Lago.

Hur was appointed to investigate Biden's handling of  classified documents found at Biden's home and office. His report declined to bring charges against Biden but described the president as an elderly old man with 'poor memory' raising questions.

Bush went on that Trump 'wrongly claimed in an interview that the Presidential Records Act allows him to do whatever he wants and he was allowed to do
