This is the horrifying moment a motorcyclist was catapulted off a bridge after he was violently rammed by a BMW driver in a fit of 'road rage'.

Video footage released by police shows Nikesh Mistry recklessly forcing motorcyclist Jamie Burns onto the wrong side of the road on Brickhill Street, Milton Keynes after a 'non-verbal exchange'.

The 34-year-old squashed the Mr Burns between his silver BMW 320 and a metal bridge railing after the pair rowed on November 19, 2022.

As the BMW smashes with another car travelling in the opposite direction, the rider of the motorbike is sent flying over the bridge and lands on the trees and bushes underneath.

Mr Burns, aged in his 40s, sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridgeshire.
