An Aussie mum has called out Coles after the supermarket chain 'halved' the size of its paper grocery bags for deliveries.
In a video posted to social media, the mum expressed her shock after discovering that Coles' brown paper bags were significantly smaller in a recent order.
'So I got my Coles delivery today. What the hell is this? Why have the Coles bags halved in size? Can someone explain it to me,' she said.
'Coles, I'm just telling you, from now on, if I find out you're charging the same for the big bags compared to these half bags, and you're giving me more half bags because you can't fit as much as the big bags than it's on.'

Coles workers explained the retailer only uses the smaller bags for online orders as the bags fit better in the crates used instore by employees who pack the orders
