A Muslim social media site has accused Transport for London of censorship after the network refused to accept its latest controversial advertising campaign.
Muzz.com, which has more than 10 million users world wide wanted to run a campaign on buses and tubes in London claiming 'social media is killing Muslims'.
However, TfL refused to run the campaign as they feared it could lead to vandalism and could cause 'widespread or serious offence to reasonable members of the public'.
The social media network, founded by Shahzad Younas in London in 2015 is designed to help Muslims find friends, partners and even marriage.
Ahead of the Brexit referendum in 2016, the firm ran a tongue-in-cheek campaign preparing people to 'leave the single market'.
The company asked its members about what Muslim people faced when dealing with social media.
