Almost seven million Australians feel the need to find a second job to combat the cost of living, a new survey has revealed.
Up to 32 per cent of respondents desire a second income, equating to 6.7million Aussies, the research by Finder revealed.
Up to 41 per cent of female respondents and 24 per cent of male respondents think they need a second job amid the cost of living crisis.
Aussies in their early to mid twenties feel the most financial pressure, with 56 per cent of Gen Z saying they felt the need for two incomes.
This was followed by up to 40 per cent of millennials.
