Mystery grows after two teenage best friends, aged 16, are found shot dead and ... trends now
Two male teenagers were found dead along a highway in Seattle, Washington and authorities have determined that the crimes are related.
Jahaz Phillips and Myion Coleman, both 16, were found dead along Interstate 5 within the span of 10 hours.
The first teen was found dead on the road in the far right lane around 10.30pm Thursday. It is unclear which teenager was discovered first.
The second teen was found on Friday around 8.30am, in a ditch near the Northeast 85th Street Northbound ramp.
Jahaz's family member told DailyMail.com that the teenagers were best friends, 'never seen one without the other.'
Trooper Rick Johnson with the Washington State Patrol in King County said that authorities determined the teen's deaths were related after police interviewed each of their families. It is unclear how exactly they are linked.

It is unclear who is responsible for the teenager's death's as Johnson told KIRO: 'But this...you know, two within a certain period of time...you know it's sad.'
On Thursday night, the Washington State Patrol were dispatched to the freeway after someone called and said that they saw someone in the northbound lane.
When troopers arrived, Johnson said that they discovered that the young boy had been shot and that there was no reason to believe he had been hit by a vehicle.
The following morning, the police received another call about a body in a ditch along I-5, about a half a mile from where the first teen was found the day before.
Troopers determined that that teen was also shot, but it is unclear if either of them were shot on the road or somewhere else.
