Police are urgently seeking information that will help them capture a man they believe raped two woman on two separate occasions in two separate London locations.
The Metropolitan Police have released an e-fit image and CCTV of the perpetrator and say forensic evidence has shown has targeted woman in Westminster and Shoreditch over a four year period.
Police say the first offence took place on May 5 2018 in the early hours of the morning close to the Strand, whilst the second attack occurred on December 10 2022 in Shoreditch.
In an effort to catch the culprit, police have released CCTV footage of the second assault in Shoreditch.
In the shocking clip, a man can be seen grabbing a woman and stroking her back inappropriately on a dark street.
