An advert for a 'fully renovated' house has tipped already frustrated renters over the edge, with photos showing a toilet connected to water via a hose to the bathroom sink.

Several real estate ads for the Auburn property in western Sydney, have been widely shared across social media with commenters left aghast by the $750-a-week asking price.

'The toilet is connected via a hose from the sink. The kitchen is nightmare fuel, and the laundry looks like you're gonna get live-ins,' one person wrote.

The 613sqm, red brick property boasts three bedrooms, a 'good kitchen', one bathroom, a private yard and street parking.

A granny flat is also on the property but is 'not included' in the rent.
