The angry passenger filmed shoving and shouting at a bus driver he accused of not stopping for him in front of his young daughter was unapologetic today and hit back defiantly: 'I'm not apologising - he was in the wrong.'

Tyren Gee was caught on camera marching menacingly towards the driver, swearing at him repeatedly before pushing him with both hands.

Police have said they are aware of the footage filmed in Dagenham, East London on Saturday in which Mr Gee warned the driver he was 'coming back' for him.

He and his three-year-old daughter – who he had taken to the park – caught another bus after walking to a nearby stop and he later confronted the driver when he saw him on his break.

'But even though I stuck my arm out clearly, he carried on driving.

'I walked with my daughter to a bus stop and caught another bus home but the stop I get off is a rest point for drivers and the one who failed to stop for me earlier was on his break.

'I went over and had a word with him and he was trying to
