The author of Rich Dad Poor Dad has been slammed over a joke he made on stage during his Australian speaking tour.
Robert Kiyosaki, 76, told a woman of Asian descent that he 'killed a lot' of her people during the war and then pretended to shoot her.
Groans erupted from the Randwick Racecourse crowd in Sydney on March 14, with one woman uttering: 'Oh my god. You can't say that.'
'I killed a lot of your people, it's not funny but I did,' the former US Marine Corps helicopter gunship pilot who served in 1971 during the Vietnam War, said.
Fans of the best-selling personal finance author, who paid up to $1000 for a ticket, claimed Kiyosaki also 'berated' and 'humiliated' women who came on stage to ask him questions.

At one point, he told the audience: 'You want to be a Marxist, send your kids to f****** school.
'They'll learn how to be boys turned into girls. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting,' he said.
