Reform UK has dropped two of its election candidates and suspended a third after a Mail on Sunday investigation uncovered a series of offensive remarks – including the suggestion that 'brown babies' came from a particular sex act.

Pete Addis, who was standing in South Shropshire, has posted a slew of offensive material in recent years, including calling for Sir David Attenborough to be 'killed off' and being banned from Facebook for 30 days for using the racial slur 'ch**ky'.

Mr Addis has also shared sexist remarks such as calling Labour frontbencher Angela Rayner a 'slag' and a 'trollop', and telling journalist Ava Evans that 'I'd s**g you' after a 'few more' pints of beer.

In perhaps his most vulgar outburst, the refrigeration company director said in December 2022: 'B*m s*x, this is where brown babies come from!'

The computer company director has also said that former defence secretary Ben Wallace 'should be left to die' in Afghanistan and, in a separate post about pet evacuations from Kabul, said Mr Wallace should 'die with them' if the rescuers failed.

Last night, a Reform UK spokesman said: 'Amodio Amato and Pete Addis have been removed from their candidature
