A grandmother's garden was flooded with raw sewage after a build up of wet wipes caused a sewer system blockage.
Christine, 73, was horrified when she found her treasured garden awash with filthy water with dirty wet wipes and sanitary towels on her lawn.
She contacted utility company Welsh Water who sent a team of workers round to her house to investigate and clean up the mess.
They found the flood was caused by wet wipes and sanitary towels blocking a drain and causing a manhole cover to overflow in her garden.
Christine, who lives in Aberdare, South Wales, is now begging people to stop flushing wet wipes, nappies and sanitary towels down the toilet in a bid to prevent other people from facing the same ordeal.
