But house-hunters interested in snapping up the property will have to clear out decades of junk hoarded by the current owners. And estate agents who have listed the home for £400,000 have even banned children from attending viewings on 'health and safety grounds' - while adults are warned to wear 'strong footwear'. Astonishing photos show how rubbish has been allowed to accumulate and spread across the house. Estate agents were unable to carry out a detailed floor plan because they weren't able to access some of the rooms and instead have had to relay on an old one. We advise strong footwear when viewing. 'Floor plans etc have been taken from previous media and no liability can be taken for accuracy as we are unable to gain access to some rooms. 'The vendors are needing a quick sale so offers and viewings from clients in a position to proceed immediately.' And they added: 'No children to attend viewings on health and safety grounds.' People took to social media to respond to the listing and said 'someone obviously had some issues with hoarding, but I bet the house is lovely once you remove all the stuff.'
