A New York man has died while on vacation in Colombia after he drowned at a beach.
The victim, who was identified as Elicee Desroise, was found floating face down at Hollywood Beach in Cartagena on Saturday.
Video footage show a man and a woman frantically trying to save Desroise by performing CPR.
Cops arrived on the scene and spoke with several bystanders before several men picked up him from the sand and carried him away.
