The Irish citizen who is a member of the Dublin Fire Brigade appeared in court on Tuesday for a probable cause hearing, a month after being accused of raping a woman in a Boston hotel over St. Patrick's Day weekend.
Terrence Crosbie, 37, was charged in March with one count of rape after a 28-year-old woman told police she had been sexually assaulted at the historic Omni Parker House hotel.
Tuesday morning, Crosbie arrived to the Boston Municipal court room wearing a navy t-shirt layered over a long-sleeved white shirt, dark pants, and handcuffs.
The married father attempted to flee the country on March 16 after being interviewed by authorities about his alleged crime.
