A man in his 60s has died following a fierce overnight blaze that also left another adult and a child injured on Friday.
Emergency services pulled the man from the large property in Headington, Oxfordshire, but he was declared dead at the scene.
Police, paramedics and fire crews arrived shortly before 2am to find the property well ablaze.
The two injured people, a child and an adult, were handed into the care of paramedics and rushed to hospital.
They are not believed to have suffered life-threatening injuries.
