The conditions of six people who remain in hospital after the deadly stabbing rampage at Westfield Bondi Junction have improved, according to authorities.

Saturday marked one week since Joel Cauchi, 40, killed five women and a security security guard and stabbed 12 other innocent bystanders at the busy shopping centre in Sydney's east.

As of Saturday, all of them have improved to a stable condition, according to NSW Health.
