An Indiana truck driver has been charged with attempted murder after police said he rammed a vehicle into another motorist as he stood outside his car.
Dustin L. Roecker, 35, is accused of plowing into the man at 'high speed' on April 20.
Insane video captures the moment a red truck slams into the man, almost pinning him between the two vehicles.
Miraculously, the victim survives and the footage shows him leap onto the crumpled wreck of his car before opening fire on his attacker.
Roecker fled on foot after the man began shooting and was later apprehended following a pursuit in what cops said was a stolen vehicle.
