Lady Gaga's restauranteur father slammed 'chaos' taking over the Big Apple as he revealed he was attacked outside his church.

Joe Germanotta, an outspoken critic of New York politicians and their Covid-19 economic policies, said the city has been spiraling into lawlessness in recent years.

'I just got attacked outside my church, I was attacked,' he told Fox Business in a wide-ranging interview.

'It was 7:30 in the morning, and I don't know whether he's homeless, he was a little disturbed... First, he pushed the pastor of the church. We were standing out in front, and then he came down the stairs coming after me.'

Germanotta brought up the random assault as he raised the alarm over declining safety in New York City, amid furious anti-Israel protests taking over the city's Columbia and New York University campuses.
