A female MP rocked by sexual assault and drug-spiking allegations had spent the evening socialising before she was allegedly filmed being sexually abused in the street outside a hotel.
Queensland state Labor MP Brittany Lauga, 37, later revealed hospital tests found she had MDMA in her system, despite not knowingly taking the drug.
In a series of online messages in the wake of the incident, she said she had no idea who her abuser was, and told an acquaintance: 'I was out of my mind.'
Daily Mail Australia has chosen not to publish the video of Ms Lauga being molested in full public view of drinkers and fast food customers nearby.
An acquaintance who alerted the MP to the video's existence warned her: '(It) isn't pleasant'.
A second video clip following the incident shows the MP in a flowing orange dress on the main street in Yeppoon, Central Queensland.
The videos were filmed outside The Strand Hotel, between the town's waterfront boulevard and the beach, sometime after midnight in the early hours of Sunday morning on April 28.

Police are investigating the alleged assault which was filmed early on April 28 along the main street in Yeppoon opposite the town's main hotel, The Strand
Ms Lauga, who is the Yeppoon-based member for Queensland state seat of Keppel and an assistant minister, can be seen standing with an unknown man.
The MP revealed details of the night in a series of messages exclusively obtained by Daily Mail Australia which she exchanged with a woman she met earlier that night.
'Hi Brittany, you may not remember who I am but on the weekend on Saturday night, I was sitting out the front of [Yeppoon Mexican restaurant] Zambrero's with my best mate when the man you were sitting with got into that fight,' wrote the woman.
'You, me and my best mate walked away from the situation and after everything happened, we ended up seeing each other again.
'We asked if he was your boyfriend, to which you explained that he wasn't and that you were just going to walk home.'
The woman then warns Lauga 'a video of you is going around', although she has no idea who took it,' she said.
'When I got shown the video, I recognised what you were wearing and what the man was wearing so I knew it was you immediately,' she told the MP.
'The video is quite explicit. If you can remember what you were doing then yes, it's been recorded
